Using the navigation at the top of the website, go to "My Account." and click that link to access the account you set-up when you ordered your product. Once in the "My Account' area you'll see a folder called "Files & Training." Anything you ordered that requires online access should appear in that folder. Follow the prompts/links to launch any digital products you purchased.

Motor Age Training will accept purchase orders for training manuals if the order is being placed by a government agency or a school. The Purchase Order must accompany the product order or it will not be processed. Orders are processed and mailed within 24-48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday if the order is placed prior to Noon CST. (Delivery method dictates mailing time frames.) Orders placed after 2:30 pm Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. An order placed after 2:30 pm on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday of the following week, excluding holidays. Orders placed online on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday of the following business week, with the exception of weeks that contain a holiday on Monday of that week. Orders being sent to AP/APO addresses are shipped via USPS and will take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.

All ASE Study Guides are sent via UPS, unless you request that an order be delivered to a PO Box, in which case they will be shipped via US Postal Service.

Product returns (ex., books, DVDs) should be shipped to Endeavor Business Media, ATTN: Returns Department, 1263 Southwest Blvd., Kansas City, KS 66103.

E-Books and handouts frequently display in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. After clicking "Launch Course" to access any PDF, a pop-up window will appear for product viewing. You WILL NOT be able to download any PDFs. These limitations are intentional to help us protect our product copyright and the work of our instructors.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping & handling. In order to receive your refund, the returned study guide(s) MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION. Damaged returns will not be refunded. Refunds can take up to 4-6 weeks. Electronic products - DVD training packages, e-books, online practice tests and online training courses are non-refundable. Request a refund by submitting a request using the "Contact Us" button located at the bottom of the website.

As a testament to the confidence we have in the quality of our study guides, we offer a “Pass or Don’t Pay” money-back guarantee. If you don’t pass your ASE test within 90 days after purchasing one of our corresponding study guides, send us a copy of your test results and book receipt, and we’ll refund the entire cost of the study guide – less shipping & handling. Please Note: Pass Or Don’t Pay Guarantee applies ONLY to the purchased print-version of Motor Age Training study guides. All other products are not covered by this Guarantee.

We contract with many book resellers. Those resellers set their own prices, sometimes higher or lower than what we offer on our website. We do not control reseller inventories, so some of those books may include older editions.

Residents of CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX and Canada must pay applicable sales tax.

The books are revised and updated in correlation with the changing ASE task lists for each subject. The updated task lists are provided to us by ASE each fall for any books that have changes. We then assign revisions to ASE certified master technicians to help revise the study guides according to the new task lists.
